Run the WoW arena browser compatibility check locally
This WoW arena browser compatibility check inspects a few features commonly used by browser games. It does not contact a game server, fingerprint your device for this guide or upload your answers. Choose an input setup, then run the check. Results disappear when you reload unless you copy the report yourself.
A successful feature check means your current browser exposes those features. It does not prove that WebWoW or Arena of Champions will load, perform well, accept guest sign-in or provide touch controls. Use the results as a troubleshooting clue, not as a compatibility certificate.
Your browser feature report
What the results mean
| Check | What it can tell you | What it cannot tell you |
|---|---|---|
| Secure context | This page is in a browser context considered secure | Whether an external game’s accounts or downloads are trustworthy |
| WebAssembly | The browser exposes the WebAssembly API | That a particular game module will initialize |
| WebGL 2 context | A small local canvas can create a WebGL 2 context | Your game frame rate, memory budget or all graphics requirements |
| Input setup | The setup you selected for interpreting the notes | Whether a game has complete controls for that setup |
A WebGL 2 failure can have several causes, including browser support, graphics availability or a restricted session. The check cannot choose between them. Consult official browser support before changing device settings, and keep security protections enabled.
Use the result to choose a next step
If a common feature is unavailable, first compare a current browser on a device you normally use for games. Do not assume that downloading an unofficial installer will add the missing browser feature. A game’s optional native client is a separate choice with separate requirements.
If all tested features are available but guest entry fails, read the game’s visible message. We observed an Arena of Champions server error even though its rendered entry screen loaded. A server response cannot be fixed by rerunning this local test.
If you select touch-only input, the report will preserve that caution even when the feature tests succeed. Our guide has not verified a complete phone match. Being able to display a game is not equivalent to being able to operate it.
Continue to the game directory when you are ready to choose a project. Use the beginner guide for the entry sequence, or read the FAQ if you are still deciding between browser and installed access.
Report handling and privacy
The check runs after you press its button. We create a small canvas solely to test a graphics context and release that context afterward. We do not read a graphics vendor string, enumerate hardware or retain a test history.
The copy action copies the report shown on this page. If copying fails, a text box offers manual selection. Changing the input setup or either readiness checkbox invalidates the old report and disables copying until you run the check again. Your selected answers and the report text are never sent as analytics parameters.
Optional analytics choices apply separately to site usage measurement. Read our privacy policy to see how to allow or withdraw that choice.
